When will my order ship?

Each item is shipped through USPS from Texas, USA and processing time is 5-7 business days.

Below are the delivery times for each location:

Domestic delivery: 3-5 days

Canada: 1-2 weeks

International: 1-4 weeks

Holiday: Our shop will have period of delays during holiday season. Please email us if your order is urgent/a gift and we will try our best to ship it early!

Do you accept commissions?
We are currently accepting commissions on our sculptures and jewelry. Please contact us at for a price breakdown.
What is the difference between a standard and B-Grade?
Standard has little to no visual defects, whereas b-grade have minor defects such as scratches, black marks and/or discoloration on the metal for pins & micro bubbles and voids for resin products.
Will my order have tracking?
All of our products have tracking with the exception of a few items that can be sent in a standard envelope such as stickers or small pins.
When will _____ item restock?
All of our items are handmade, so when an item is out of stock we have to make them ourselves which can take a few days up to a few months depending on complexity. If you would like something faster, you are more than welcome to contact us for a commission. However, there will be a small up charge.
All restocks will be announced on our Instagram ans Tiktok accounts.
When will you add ___ to your store?
We are constantly updating our catalogue with diverse products. All new products will be announced on our social media, so please check back often. 

What if a product arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged, please message us within 24 hours of the delivery. Attach a photo of the damaged item, your order number, and any other information that may be useful.

I need a refund on my order. What can I do?

If your (non-preorder) item has not been shipped yet, please email us at and we will be happy to provide a refund!

For Preorder items, please contact us within 14 days of your order to receive a refund. After 14 days, refunds will not be issued. 

Note: We do not accept refunds after orders have shipped out unless the item arrives damaged.
