When will my order ship?
Each item is shipped through either UPS or USPS from Georgia, USA and processing time is 5-7 business days.
Below are the delivery times for each location:
Domestic delivery: 3-5 days
Canada: 1-2 weeks
International: 1-4 weeks
Holiday: Our shop will have period of delays during holiday season. Please email us if your order is urgent/a gift and we will try our best to ship it early!
*NOTE: If we have the item in stock, we try very hard to get the order out by the end of the week. If you need express shipping, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will try our best to see what we can do to get it out faster.

Do you accept commissions?
We are currently accepting commissions on our sculptures and jewelry. Please contact us at marshmallowsisters@outlook.com for a price breakdown.
What is the difference between a standard and B-Grade?
Standard has little to no visual defects, whereas b-grade have minor defects such as scratches, black marks and/or discoloration on the metal for pins & micro bubbles and voids for resin products.
Will my order have tracking?
All of our products have tracking with the exception of a few items that can be sent in a standard envelope such as stickers or small pins.
When will _____ item restock?
All of our items are handmade, so when an item is out of stock we have to make them ourselves which can take a few days up to a few months depending on complexity. If you would like something faster, you are more than welcome to contact us for a commission. However, there will be a small up charge.
All restocks will be announced on our Instagram ans Tiktok accounts.
When will you add ___ to your store?
We are constantly updating our catalogue with diverse products. All new products will be announced on our social media, so please check back often. If you have attended one of our events and saw something you liked but don't see it online, please feel free to contact us. We might still have it in stock and haven't gotten around to updating the store yet, and if we do not have it in stock we will be happy to make you whatever you saw and ship it out at no extra charge.
Will you be attending ____ event?
We attend yearly events and festivals with tons of new and older designed products. We can't promise we will be at any specific event as our schedules change yearly due to availability and life events. However in the past we have attended the following and it is likely we will again, given the opportunity -

Do you have a physical storefront?
At this time most of our products can only be purchased online or at a local festival in Georgia. However, as of right now we do have an artist spotlight in downtown Macon, GA at a store called HELLO BOBA. We display a selection of keychains, stickers, and small sculptures which change monthly and are available to purchase. Please show your love for HELLO BOBA as they are giving space to small, local artists.
Do you use AI or 3D printing?
All of our art is digitally drawn in house and original. AI is frowned upon and NEVER used in any process for our art. All of our sculptures are HAND sculpted. We do not use 3D printing or modeling in any context.
What if a product arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged, please message us within 24 hours of the delivery. Attach a photo of the damaged item, your order number, and any other information that may be useful.
I need a refund on my order. What can I do?
If your (non-preorder) item has not been shipped yet, please email us at marshmallowsisters@outlook.com and we will be happy to provide a refund!
For Preorder items, please contact us within 14 days of your order to receive a refund. After 14 days, refunds will not be issued.
Note: We do not accept refunds after orders have shipped out unless the item arrives damaged.
